Guests are requested to leave the House as they found it in terms of order and cleanliness, otherwise additional costs will be applied.
Access to the first floor is allowed only and exclusively with slippers or house shoes.
It is forbidden to bring animals to the first floor.
It is forbidden to use electrical equipment that is not propriety of the house, with the exception of phones, tablets, and PCs.
It is forbidden to move furniture and/or beds without the prior consent of the owner.
It is forbidden to operate the environmental chronothermostats to regulate the internal temperature of the house, which is already set in an optimized mode.
Please respect the separate waste collection, otherwise additional costs will be applied.
